Defective Product Sent by Quickr and Asking me Pay to Fix it

I bought a certified refurbished Mobile on Quickr with Excellent condition (As they had mentioned) and Free Onsite Assure Warranty (6 Months). The phone got dead within a month and not at all working. So, I sent back the phone to Quickr as they had promised to fix the issue or they will replace the product.

When I contacted Quickr to ask the status, they said that I need to contact Onsite who were given warranty and asked to contact on their email: [email protected]

Complaint number with Onsite: 205146

But, now they’re asking me to pay 3999/-INR to fix the issue. The problem they stated is “PCB needs to be replaced and the estimation cost is 7743/-INR”.

I doubt they had sent the defective product, that is why PCB board is gone within a month. This is very unfair to send me a defective product. On top of that they had mentioned It is an Excellent condition phone and Quickr certified. But, now they only sent me an email saying that PCB board of the phone is the issue.

I keep receiving emails from [email protected] by saying “we will not be able to proceed further with the repair unless the payment is received.”

How desperate these people are to get the money from customer after sending a defective product labeling Excellent condition, Quickr certified and 6 months warranty.
