Defective product delivery – no refund

I had ordered for a VOX Halogen cooker online with M/s Rediff Shopping. They have sent a product which is NOT working. I told them to send a product in WORKING condition and arrange to take back the defective product. This has not happened.

About a week back, I have asked them to refund th e amount the amount that has been collected from me. This has not happened either.

What is my recourse ?

  2. As instructed Rediff Shopping CST, I sent them all the details like order number etc to [email protected] about a week back. There has been ZERO response from them.

    I would recommend to my fellow consumers to be very careful while doing any business with Rediff Shopping. It is NOT worth it.
