I was purchased a mobile(htc pure)in online through online payment from dealsandyou on may 21st. They sent me defective peice it’s damaged from screen i was sent back to “infinity global solution” in mumbai. from 5 weeks they told we replace ur mobile within 1 week or 2 weeks. final 5 weeks over now there team leader (vanitha kharat) told what proof u hav that we sent defective mobile first u sent money for screen damage other wise we dont sent ur mobile do as u wish. all online specaily this infinity global solution doing fraud bussiness.totaly i paid for mobile 6666/ + for courier 600/ i need my money back through payment on my account or my htc pure repalced mobile. pls help me sir.
