DEDUCTION OF BALANCE IN ROAMING

MY DOCOMO NO. IS 7415401719.I AM FROM M.P.AND HAD BEEN TO DELHO FOR 1 WEAK.DOCOMO NETWORK CAN BE SEEN ON ROAMING ON MA MOBILE.BUT THIS NETWORK IS CHEATING ON PEAOPLE AS WHILE ON ROAMONG THEY ARE GETTING OUR SPECIAL RECHARGES DONE BUT THEN THEY SAY IF DOCOMO NETWORK IS NOT AVAILABLE IN PARTICULAR AREA SPECILA RECHARGES OR EVEN DATA WONT WORK.BALANCE IS CONTINOUSLY BEING DEDUCTED.AS ON OVERALL MY BALANCE OF AROUND 150 RS. HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AND NO FACILITIES CAN BE AVAILED.THIS IS COMPLETE CHEATING.MAKING FOOLS TO PEOPLE.
