Dear sir,
I m Darshil Choksi. I am using airtel mobile services and my number is 8866778353 (Prepaid). on 14th Sept, 2014 company has deducted rs. 40 and when I asked for the reason they told me that the same was deducted due to access of GPRS. But, my GPRS balance was 4.15 mbs and the same was checked by me just before the matter happend. I asked them to give me refund but in reply they told me that if your GPRS balance is below 5.00 mbs you will be charged from your main balance. Is it right ?
Sir, I request you to take a quick action and try to give me refund of rs. 40.
