deducting my balance

Location/place: lucknow

Name of company/service: airtel

My name is shailesh gaur .My mobile no. 9005110195 . I am using airtel. Time 10:21pm. Date 4th April 2013. Currently while I was surfing net I received a message saying “ Thanks for downloading Val_Game_01 from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99.0.” and after few seconds I received message saying “ Thanks for downloading Val_Ent_02 from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99.0.”.I was shocked as I never download any game
Or app. Immidiatly cheaked my balance it was 267-99-99 =69…I called costumer care and as usual they kept my call on hold for 1hr and then it was disconnected . I want my money back .if u keep on frauding people and deducting their balance for no reason ur company will be in a big trouble. This is not a new thing it happens to all airtel users .please refund me my money as soon as possible.
