Hi i am Nikhil Motwani . I ordered the product from the online site Paytm . I ordered a powerbank from the site paytm . When i opened the parcel the powerbank which i recieved was dead. Its not turning on. I called the coustomer service no. Of paytm the are not picking up the call, so i email them like 2-3 times they are also not replying my mail. I got the dead product i want to replace or else i want the amount to be refunded.

Plz help me with this issue and plz contact me as soon as possible with the solution
