I have a prepaid mobile connection bearing No. 9937460974 from Airtel at Bhubaneswar, which they have deactivated without any prior information causing me a lot of inconvenience as the number has been given to Banks/Income Tax/Adhaar etc.
Despite several complaints to their appellate authority through e-mail, they are only directing me to their service centre, which says this cannot be restored.
