data misuse of memory card

I’m the nokia x2-01 user since last few days i was facing some problem with my handset so i went to NOKIA CARE for my handset software upgradation…. !!
And the nokia employee registered my complain and took out simcard ,battery and memorycard of my phone and handed me…!! When i went to collect my repaired handset i gave the employee all three things (simcard, battery and memorycard) but she inserted battery and sim card into my phone and took my memorycard ..and when i claimed for my memory card she told me that i’ve not given her the memorycard…. She has either stole that memory card or lost it …!!!
Due to this carelessness of a stupid employee i lost all my memorycard data…!!
The question is that the datas (images , video clips, contacts backup, sms backupp, application backupp etc ) can any time be missused and no one is taking the liability of that card…!!! Please do needful because such type of carelessness can lead the customer pay heavily due to misuse of data in this fast electronic media…!!! Please take some strict measure regarding this issue…!!!
