I have purchased a shoe(Kito) last July 2014 worth Rs. 899/- from Bata India, Laketown Branch, Kolkata.
Its give me a very bad experience about the brand. Show becomes useless unable to use for last 14 days. I visit the branch, they are not ready to replace the product.
They told me to inform through mail itself.
Its out sole has detached from the shoes itself.
Please replace my shoes as quick as possible to my Mail-ID or Phone 9836427894.
