Corfom Metress

I Nitin S Jagdale, staying in Thane, Brahmand. I have purchased mattress of Coirfoam from Satyam Furnishing, Chitalsar, Manpada, Shivaji Nagar, G.B. Road, Thane (W) Ph. No.9892333716, 9322553555. This mattress is costing near about Rs. 47000/- with guarantee for 11 years. I have taken these mattress in May 2012. In between month period my one mattress get damaged, and I have registered a complaint on 23rd June 2012 for the same to Satyam Furnishing because these Mattresses having a Guarantee period of 11 years. After this complaint I have received a call from Coirfoam India Pvt Ltd, Thane (Mr. Pankaj Arora 9820772807) that he is going send his person for collect said mattress. After continues followup for more than 3 days his person visited to my home for inspection and declared that they are not going to change this mattress as they have not given any guarantee for the same. I was shocked, and request them that within only 1 months how it was happened and I am having a Guarantee card for the same which clearly saying that the mattress having 11 years guarantee. After some discussion, he gave me commitment that he will change this mattress within two days. After so many days, and continuous followup by me, but I am not having proper response and even these persons not picking my call nor given any reply for the same. I have 1 month old child with me and for his safety I have taken this mattress. I have also explain this to Mr Pankaj Arora, but till date no reply from him. My complaint is against Mr Panakaj Arora of Coirfoam India, Thane, who behaved very bad with their customers and not given proper service for what they have committed. They are just playing with the emotions of the people. I request please take proper action against him and help on this regards.
