Consultation Charges too high without informing the patients and not giving the bills as well

I went to Mallige Hospital Bangalore for the consultation on 14th April. I consulted for the pimples on my cheeks.

As i went mallige many times and normally for a consultation they charge 250-300 rupees. So i did not ask for the consultation charge. So i consulted the Skin doctor and after that he asked me 2000 rupees for the consultation. I paid by card as i do not have enough cash and did not expect that they will charge this much huge. After that i left from the hospital. Then i realized that they have not give me the bill. So i came again to the hospital but doctor left from hospital.

So after that i went hospital again on 18th April and ask for the bill. And see what doctor did, gave me the bill booklet and asked me to enter the name and amount and everything. I entered all the details and they give manual written bill instead of computerized bill.

See this is the way the doctors and this mallige has done with me, charged too too high just for the consultation without informing that they are charging this much high. So middle class people can’t visit this hospital to get his illness cured.

I want this consumer forum to help me and others in getting cheated.
