The Jain Builders are completely fraudulent. I , Sayak Bose, made a booking for Dream World City. The Jain group sales representatives told me blatant lies and convinced me to give them booking amount of Rs. 52000+. But when I send them the terms and conditions document along with their promised words written in the comments segment, they said my application was invalid. But they confiscated the entire booking amount of Rs. 52000+ though it is clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions document that if they reject the booking, they will refund entire amount. Absolute Forgery.
