Complaint against Shopclues.com and bluedart

Hi,

I had purchased PROTONER WEIGHT LIFTING PACKAGE 60 KG WEIGHT SET + IMPORTED PROTONER MULTI BENCH (code#1686664) from Shopclues.com(order# 20579735) on 17th sep’14. It was shipped through Bluedart with waybill number#50278630275 and it was supposed to be delivered to me on 25th sep’14. But i haven’t received the product even after one month of shipment of product. I have been continously calling shopclues as well as bluedart for the delivery of product but i am not getting any positive response from them. Even i had called shopclues to cancel the order and refund my money if they are not able to deliver the product. But still i haven’t got any response from them.My money invested for the product is stuck for more than a month with shopclues with no product delivered. Shopclues team don’t even reply on mail if i ask anything on email.

I would like to escalate the matter to higher authority of Shopclues.com and bluedart both for this. I am totally fed up with the service that shopclues and bluedart have given to me. Hope i get justice through consumerforum.

  1. I have ordered Vorosky Black Golden Aviator (Order No. – 55383687 ), but i received wrong product from your side i have received in wrong colour (Pink Golden). I raised Return Request (Return Request No. – 1503679 ). My Return Request closed from your side without any information. I called on your customer care they said your return request has been closed I shocked and asked to him why you closed he said “your product is little bit different from the picture”. So, I told If ordered Black why I can accept in another colour. This is really bad experience with you. I want to refund my money and I don’t want to continue with you.

  2. I used to shop on shopclues site regularly. But as we all know that shop clues do not provide product quality & They are not even good in customer support. I ordered 15watt 10 pc led bulbs for which i had paid 830 total amount . some clue bucks were there in my account which i used and some 312 amount i have to pay them COD. Rest amount i paid thru COD. And i when i checked that product that was defective/default/damage None of the bulb were working hardly one was got start but after 2hrs even that stoped working so i aske shopclues to replace that product but the mailed me that i will get refund and it will come in my clue bucks……. I was waiting for my refund of 830/- but in between there some sale came of 1 rp. I started buying few items and whenever i had buyed some item i used to receive msg 499/- cluebucks have been added to ur cluebucks 3-4 times i recvd this msg with different item number and amount like 499/-,129/-, etc…… i used this clue bucks and buyed some product to gift . And on 30th dec i recvd 830 refunded amount which i was waiting for after 3 -5 days they toook back this cluebucks saying that by mistake this bucks had been credited to ur account now u will not get any clue bucks in ur account . this is there mistake not customers mistake. Pls i Request u to help me out for this . Because continue i used to call them and i did not got any response on this . Pls i need my cluebucks of 830 return. Third Class product quality , Third class customer support services. I request to people not to buy product from such sites.

    I need Justice on this because i had paid my amount . I worked and earned that money.
