I am writing this letter regarding the rude and uncivilized behaviour of a CTU Bus Drive (Bus No. CH 01 GA 5020).. it was only the third time when i was going to use the local bus service of the city beautiful and the city where is a value of every common man matters This city is a headquarter and also consider as a model for all states of India. This incident happened when i reached Sector 43 Bus Stand near about at 2 PM. on 21/02/2013 to send my friend for Phase 11 Mohali. (Bus No. CH 01 GA 5020) with electric wording PGI To Ph. 11 Mohali enterd in Busstand like a storm and stooped. My friend was one step ahead from me i told him to ask the bus driver to enquire that is this bus is going to Phase 11 Mohali He stepped into bus form front door He just asked Bus Driver that Sir is this bus is going for Phase 11 Mohali ( Uncle ji eh bus 11 phase Jaani ae?) Bus Driver replied Very engarly and rudely that Where you are trying to be sited (kidar ghussi jana hai!!) Then i replied him Sir we are just asking you that is this bus is going to phase 11 Mohali. Driver replied that step down from the bus you bastered( mooh chuk ke kiddar waddi jana) if i came out of the bus i will teach you a lesson go away from bus stand i have seen many people like you in a day.( o ja ja chala ja ethon ki tainu dassan fir mai thaalle aa ke tu tu wadda lambardaar) and also use some abuses to threatened me and use some meaning less words,. When he said that i see many people like you in my daily routine then i realise that there is a no. of people who are not habitual of local bus journey and when they enquiry about their reaching place he just deal with them just like me and my friend and there will be Many people whom he insult in his daily routine this all is happened in just seeking for replying regarding our confirmation for phase 11 mohali.
this was the second time when i feel this insult. in first journey there was a Bus no 5A when i see same incident happen over there when Two school girls just enter From the Front door of the bus and The bus Driver Insulted Them Very loudly and rudely he used these lines(dikhda ni tuhanu anniyaan je badiyaan tip top ho ke gharon aa jandiyan ne akal thanu jara v nai ae ki fayada thade padiyaan likiyaan hon da jidaron ji kita mooh chuk ke wadd gayiaan bs wich) and repeat these wording for both girls for 2 minutes continue. girls feel sorry but he did not stopped insulted them again and again .
so out of my 3 journeys 2 have very bitter experience so this time i wrote complaint. i just I did not want to complaint regarding this matter but people say that Julam karne se bada jurm julam sehna hai. so i realise that this time i should take this step so i just do it for your knowledge that how they are misusing their authority.
A punjabi can under stand the sweetness and the bitterness of punjabi language i want to wrote Write this Application in Punjabi but i Had to write this in english language Otherwise If i write this incident in punjabi language that could be a better a way to express what had happend in that incident
i am seeking for a satisfactory reply and also a lesson for bus driver who behaved like that with common man just because thay think that they have the power of govt. on that base they misuse that power.These services are available to help the people not to insult them.
