Complaint against purchase of mobile

This is to inform you that I had purchased one Smart Phone from M/s. Croma, Model- Croma 5 Mob Quad Core, CRCB2243 vide Invoice No. SLF02A024010068289 dated 21.03.14 for Rs. 12990/-. The said Mobile has stopped working as Touch & Touch Screen not working since 25.08.14 and I had informed the party regarding the same and the hand set given to the service centre of the party namely Globe Connexion & Services, Plot No – 23, 1st Floor, Veer Saverkar Block, Opp. Metro Pillar No. 60, Near Nirman Vihar Metro Station, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092 vide work order no. DLH-SHK-GCS-1026 on 30.08.14. Now one month has been completed but I have not received any information regarding above mentioned compliant of my Mobile as yet. I am facing a lot of problem due to lack of this mobile. As you know that in current century we all are doing most of the work through our Smart Phone only. As I had discussed with M/s Globe Connexion & Services regarding my handset but the concerned person has not given any sort of satisfactory reply.

Therefore, your good self is requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful according with immediate effect and oblige.
