I have purchased HCL Tablet Y4 (Sl. No. 0813ycc3g2dit03944) on 14 Nov 2013. It is under warranty and became dead on 16 June 2014. I have contacted HCL Authorised Service Centrs M/s. S.S. Services, 96/2, Star Press Building, Chunniganj Crossing, Colonel Ganj, Kanpur on 26-06-2014. They deposited it but till date they have not repaired it. I have approached many times but they are not paying any attention due to which I am suffering a lot. Kindly do urgent necessary to rectify my Tablet in time. I shall be highly obliged to you.
