Complaint of Product (Product Number : 20140131043591) – STAR CJ Network India Private

On Monday i.e 03-02-2014 i ordered a product over phone through STAR CJ Network India Private and STAR CJ delivered DEFECTIVE Kriaa Maharani Collection, product number : 20140131043591 worth RS 2595/-,
and on same day i.e. Monday (03-02-2014) i logged my complaint regarding this defective delivered product ,in spite of many times request from Monday no action has been taken place by the company, only getting false commitment that back office team will call you and either replace or return your product.

Biggest mistake i have made in my life.
