Complaint against online sale fraud by Tulsi Trendz

I, Ms. Archana Ganguly, residing at Kolkata, West Bengal, India, a regular buyer from different online sites. On 4th July,2017 I have ordered 1 piece Chanderi Silk Plain Off White Saree from Tulsi Trendz ( https://tulsitrendz.in/collections/sarees/products/chanderi-silk-plain-off-white-saree ) amounting Rs. 799/- + delivery charges Rs. 65/- i.e. Rs. 864/- in total. I have paid the entire amount in advance through online debit card transaction and got the payment and order confirmation ( please see the attachment ) from them on the same date.

On 7th July,2017 evening I have got a parcel from Tulsi Trendz via FedEx Express containing a pink coloured semi-stitched salwar kamiz instead of my order ” Chanderi Silk Plain Off-White Saree ” . Immediately I gave call to their given customer care no. but their phone was ringing and no one attended the call. Failing to contact them over the phone I have send them a mail explaining about the wrong product send and I have requested to send me the actual product I have ordered ( please see the trail mail ) but I didn’t get any reply or response from them.

On 8th July,2017, again I gave call repeatedly but again their phone was ringing and no one attended the call. Again I have send them a mail giving all details and requested to send me my actual product ( please see the trail mail ) but again I didn’t get any reply or response from them.

I waited for one day and on 10th July,2017 again I gave call and experienced same as before. Finally I mailed them mentioning that their silence and non cooperation is presumed as their intention of fraud. I still requested them to look into the matter immediately and resolve the problem at the earliest else I will take the necessary actions against them ( please see the trail mail ) but again didn’t get any reply or response from them.

I have paid the entire amount including the shipping charge in advance but got wrong product. I have tried to contact them by every possible ways but they didn’t respond. It shows they are working with wrong intention , better to say they are cheating people. If their intention was good for running the business they should contact me after getting those mails at least, but they didn’t do this. It’s a fraud online site. As soon as possible from them I want my entire money back amounting Rs. 864/- . And it’s also necessary to ban this site to prevention for fraud and cheating other people.

You are requested to accept this mail as a complaint of fraud against Tulsi Trendz, an online product seller and take necessary actions so that as soon as possible I can get back my amount given for the product of their online site.
