   Dear sir,
   my micromax mobile given to service centre vashi navi mumbai on 24.06.2014 job sheet number on 24/06.2014 are W030600-0814-10428194
   After that 2-3 new job sheet prepared and two times changed required part but still my problem not resolve
   my new job sheet number are W030600-0814-11252525 by micromax service centre vashi on 02.08.2014,and complaint number are 0208146727 received from micromax gudgaon on 02.08.2014
   ple referr below mail and give me solution
   As per disscusion Mr Akash (Micromax service centre gudgaon ) on dated 01/08/2014 i go to service centre

   vashi navi mumbai on dated 02/08/2014 and check my handset still problem show as it is not any one resolve the problem

   so i disscused this issue again ( Micromax service centre gudgaon ) and as per his suggestion i take new job sheet for the same and this job sheet no communicate with this service engginner gudgaon

   My new job sheet no are (W030600-0814-11252525) and new complaint given by micromax gudgaon is (0208146727)

   so kindly request to all please look that matter and pleased disscused this issue to Micro max service centre Vashi navi mumbai

   and resolve my problem as earily as possible

   For your information spare part allready change 2 times but still problem not resolve pl refer jobsheet no which is received by micro max service no Vashi Navi mumbai .

   my handset is Micromax a72. it has very few phone memory.I can not download any more application. first 4 months works very fine but after that it starts hang moment to moment. this is my last use of Micromax after that I sold my hanset and get a handset of another company.

   Sir,
   With due respect I write to inform you that I had purchased one Split AC of your Micromax Company through Flipkart vide Order ID No.OD108986774570937000 dated 24/04/2017 (Copy enclosed).Thereafter due to some problem I made so many calls for repair under Warranty. But after so many assurances from your Executives on our various Registered Complaints dated 12/07/2019, 17/07/2019, 19/07/2019, 22/07/2019 (copy of messages attached for your ready reference) which were subsequently cancelled without giving any reason. On our last Registered Complaint dated 01/08/2019 your Engineer detected that Compressor of our Split Air Conditioner is faulty and has to be replaced under warranty given by your Company. After that no body turned up for replacement of Compressor even after his assurance to replace it very shortly.
   Now please let me know whether Compressor of my Split AC is going to be replaced by you during this week in peak summer days or I will have to move to Consumer Court under compulsion.
   I hope you will not force me to do the same & replace the Compressor at the earliest.
