Complaint against LG cash back offers

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a washing machine from Aanjaneya Enterprises LG on 26-JAN-2014 with my SBI debit card with 5% cash back offer on SBI credit / Debit cards. As per the offer the 5% cash back should credit to my account on April-2014 but till now i have not received the cash back. I have visited the Aanjaneya Enterprises LG 4 times regarding this issue but they are not considering the issue seriously, blaming bank for the issue. I am really frustrated with this. I lost hopes on LG because of this fraud and bad service. I request everyone to choose some other brands other than LG.
