complaint against kotak Bank ( Barclays credit Card)

Sir as am getting thretning calls from kotak mahindra bank 15 days back I got a call from a lady asking to pay amount |Rs.18000(with interest) against barclays credit card due of 2010 when i asked to provide the details about particular card they are not providing but every alernate day they are calling and thretning me.

I told them that I already settled my account with Barclays long back but not able to find receipt of the same.

Now every alternate days they are calling me and demanding the money or want settlement.

Need your help to close the matter.

    Dear Sir,

    How much time you need for the investigation ? one side you are assuring me that you had already forward my complaint for investigation and from other side you are giving instruction to your Agency person to follow with me for the collection or settlement.
    also please advice me from where should I get “NIL Outstanding letter” so that i can forward the same to your agency so that me and my family members live our life without Kotak Bank tension.
    Please treat this message very urgent because agian on monday your agency representative will going to call me for the cash against settlement letter.

    Please provide me your email id so that I can attached settlement letter sent by your agency wherein no where mention the name of Kotak Mahindra or Barcly’s Bank.
    Now request you to please confim the same letter provided by your Kotak Bank only or its fraud. because my next plan of action is to send legal notice to Kotak Bank agaisnt harrasment and demanding for money for no reason.

  6. Hi my name is Arvind Vishwakarma my CRN is 47107112.
    I use to have Kotak credit card which I have used for more than 1 1/2 year where they was no delay in my payment. Due to some financial crises for 3 month I was unable to make payment so in fourth month they had put a block on my salary acc. When my salary came to my acc 16000 was blocked, now my credit limit was only 10000. Where my principle usage of the card was 9800. Still I thought let it be I’ll pay the all charges and clear this up. Now after couple of month I’m receiving message that I need to pay more 4000 to 5000. I’m asking you why should I pay my I have already paid more than what I own. If It’s not going to be fixed I’m logging case in ombudsman and consumer court.

  7. I Gaurav Choudhary, (Lung Cancer Patient), receives highly threatening and obscene calls from 011-45063340, 011-47092346’9891375355 and 09599224377 (KOTAK 3rd party agents-all fake names);

    they will say that I am calling from CIBIL, when I asked that provide me the details of account no then they will only say that its Barclays – year – 2007(I was in School) – they are not willing to provide any ac no.

    Already filed FIR, they had stopped calling for 6 months & now they have started calling again, at my work place, relatives.

    I wana live in peace for my rest of days, please stop calling at these numbers : 0120-4584100, my no is 8860169996,

    I have even visited Kotak Branch with my CIBIL report & they confirmed that you won’t receive any further calls.

    8 Years back Barclays had given me credit card with some offers. But when I received card they didn’t provide any of them also asked me to pay annual charges. I didn’t agree and asked them to mae zero charges. Still they didn’t do it and asked to pay 2000rs. I have not used the card and why she’d i pay is my argument.

    Today got some call. Stated it’s from Koran and they have taken over Barclays and stated need to pay 4000 Rs for the card which I haven’t swiped at all.

    If not used why to pay. It’s not small amount.
