Name of company/service: Zonac Knitting Machine Pvt. Ltd.

Dear S/M,
We have a reliance corporate numbers(9899597084,9654355979,9873904211,9999659022). We are trying to port these 4 numbers from reliance to vodafone from the last 11 months. Our Reliance bill generated on 3rd of every month. We always paid the reliance bills before the due dates & then after that we generate the codes for the porting,like this time the codes are ((A) Mob : 9899597084 Code : RD315227 Validity : 10/07/12 (B) Mob : 9654355979 Code : RD312756 Validity : 08/07/12 (C) Mob : 9873904211 Code : RD313189 Validity :08/07/12 (D)Mob : 9999659022 Code : RD312949 Validity : 08/07/12)
Every time the reason of the codes rejection is outstanding bill. Even we had done all the documentation.
We talked many times times in Reliance & in Vodafone… but still the problem is as it is.

We want to port these numbers on an urgent basis, because we are facing loss in our bussiness due to poor service of reliance, as these numbers are related to our marketing people.

We hope you understand our problem & will take the immediate action.

I tried to many times to port msg of reliance postpaid no 9582717976 but there is no any porting code found ,and there is no customer care connected after many times trial ,I m charging daily rental with poor network ,lot of calls are dropping please suggest us what I do.

In worst situation I will file a case.My number is not working at all which caused the reason of missing the very important calls from my clients and this is not acceptable at all.I have been having a very bad experience with Reliance. If I would have know this is coming from a very renowned brand , My current number 9582717976 and I am in very bad situation as I have missed so many official calls from my company and associates.

I am going to file a case as I am totally frustrated with the service and bad salesman experience.Due to poor signal strength I want to port my number to another network.Called the customer care but they are unable to resolve the issue.My alternative number is 7291860110.

Please suggest what to do
