Complaint against Airtel customer care

Hello,
This is to inform you that I, Nazir Hussain, have purchased a mobile Nokia XL on 12-6-2014 in which i got a scheme in which i come to know that i will get a data plan of 500mb per month for six months. This scheme is offered by Airtel. As told by CCE of Airtel, I inserted a Airtel Sim and waited for the activation of plan. Aftr one day of activation i.e. on 13-6-2014, when i dint get the offered data, i called to Airtel Customer Care where the CCE told me that i will get the data in next 48 hours and i got an reference no- CBNRA30613660161. But the next day on 14-6-2014. I got an update on my Reference no. as ” Apke Airtel mobile pe recharge laabh pehle hi jod dia Gaya hai”. While i dint get any benefit yet. Then i called again to Customer Care where CCE told me that i will get the benefit next day till 12:30 hrs i.e. on 15-6-2014. As usual, Airtel failed to fulfill its commitment and i called again to 198 on 15-6-2014 at 21:56 where i again got to hear the same fake sentence that ” sir you will get the benefit in next 48 to 72 hours”. When i asked CCE if i wont get it, then??? Then he asked me that he is tranferring my call to his Senior and put me on hold for approx 5 minutes. Then unhold the line n replied “sorry sir our seniors are busy” and he dint had the answers for my query. Then again he put me on hold saying that he will give me an email id and dint unhold the call till disconnection. This call had a duration of 18 minutes.
So what should i do to resolve it. I cant understand if Airtel don’t hav guts to give a small amount of internet data to its consumers then why they show fake offers like this.
What a Shame on Airtel.
Kindly help me to resolve this and take the needfull actions.
