Hi, This is Siddhi. About a few days back i purchased an equinox analog weighing machine by placing an order at ehealthmart.in. the order date was 31 may 2012. I recievd the product in the late evening of 6 june 2012. After unwrapping the product i found out that the weighing machine scale is between 80-90. I think it supposed to be at 0. Even on stepping on the weighing machine the scale is not moving that means that either the machine is fautly or it got damaged during the shipping for which i paid extra Rs53 which is ridiculous. On the top of it, when i called the refund customer service no. for refund or replacement within 7 days, the agent disconnected my call.the numbers were 9899331234 and 01143584027. I tried subsequently 8-10 times on both the numbers but nobody attended the calls which is very disappointing and frustating.When i contacted the online order query dept. they asked me to ship the product back for replacement. I did that but i am not getting any response from them now. ehealthmart.in is a fraud and scam site.

    Fraud website.. they took the money and now I have already paid the amount via credit card.. I have forwarded them the statements.. Still no update. No reply to the emails.

    I am going to drag them to consumer court.

    They are fraud, i ordered lancets (thank god the amount was just Rs.268 !!). on 2 Dec-2012, but even in 10 days i got no response from them. I called their support number, messaged on Facebook profile, twitter. but could not get any response.

    Finally i managed to talk with Mr. Sudhesh Jain (Director) today via Bantom Laboratories address. Now i got a response, they said your payment has not been confirmed which was 100% lie. I confirmed via bank and FSSNet transaction. The payment was made.

    Beware of them they are cheaters!!!

    They have dispatched my item via Aramex. Finally my issue is solved. Now i cannot say they are fraud. But service is really bad.

    received the product. They are real frauds, if not 100% frauds then 100% cheaters for sure. The package i got seems very old. never buy from them.

    Moreover they shipped me a different product. I bought UltraSoft lancets, but they delivered FinePoint lancets. Of which the price and manufacturing sticker was absent!!!

    Beware of Bantom Laboratories (Pahar Ganj, Delhi) and their store ehealthmart.in they ship different Or damaged items, who knows they even don’t deliver if we do not complaint.

    worst service ….i had to fill customer declaration form with my credit card bank to get the transaction reverted …They delayed the order for 3 months without any response .their customer care number is not working and looks like they are fraud ….I tried contacting their Director Rishabh Jain but he didnt responded .I am planning to take legal action againt them

    my name is rakesh from kerala. i hav ordered a glucometer thru eHealthmart.in . all the ordering process went good upto the payment. but after the online payment was done it was all came to my knowledge that the webiste is a fraud ownered and only meant to cheat mony from customers. i didnt get a confirmation msg in my mob num or in the mail id i hav given in the tim of ordering. although wen i hav tried to contact them in the num given in the website it is not responding.i tried to track order thru various way.but no response yet.

    I ordered dr. Morepen glucone bg 01 test strips of rs 995 on 12 October 2015. Till now the product was not delivered .. When i called on the helpline number given over there (01143584027) they told me that product is not in stock . so i will get refund of that order. More than 10 times in 7 days talked to them till now no refund received … Even i sended my bank account details twice to their e-mail id. After that i talk to Mr. Santosh (Ehealthmart Head/Director) 9990610667 he telling me that he will transfer the amount today today today … From last 7 days … Please help … How i get my amount back ? Otherwise i will Case a file to court.
