dear sir we are conumer of digi cable distibutor (mr. ravi toora) who provides set top box in our area.but when these set top box they demands 500/- repairing charges per set top box but (we read set top box act which is passed by govt. there is nno charges for repair)when we call main office or other nearby area digi cable office they said there is no charges or its free servie from our side then we call to our cable operator & asked for complaint, he said go do nobody force us for giving free repair, please suggest us what will we do.inform us on 08750000775,9268030204

    sir,
    my set up box is not woking please show me screen in no signal. please suggest me what am i do to solve the problem.

    Out of 2 digi-cable set-top boxs, one is not working.
    Only 30 channels come and >100+ show “channel not authorised”.
    I contacted my local cable operator who did the connection. He took my ID proof 3 times but no use, its still the same. I am feeling helpless. He charges me full and told me that he has been escalating the issue with digi-cable multiple times.
    I feel digi-cable is the worst as it stops playing channels on Saturday night spoiling complete weekend.Why? When I am paying then why!?
    Can someone please help me?
    I can share the details of set-top box.
