Complaint against Snap deal on Gourav sharma

This is sumalatha i purchased Yes MP4 Player YMP-50 4GB, Shipping Date:Jul 25, 2012. through snap deal they send me damaged piece i revert back them. i called them and mailed them many times. here i am pasting my mail(I purchased Yes MP4 Player YMP-50 4GB, Shipping Date:Jul 25, 2012. I
received damaged piece so i sent it back to the address Mr. Gaurav
Sharma,240, ground floor,Okhla Phase III, New Delhi 110020.
Still i didn’t receive new product back or amount back. when ever i mail to
you just i am getting mail as *(You will receive the cheque of the same
amount paid by you for the product within 7-10 working days. We would
request you to please bear with us in the interim). *again and again i am
getting the same mail but still now i didn’t receive any cheque. how many
days i have to wait for cheque? hope you will give proper response in next
mail. don’t me again mail as to receive cheque in 7 days or 21 days or 10
days like that. i am completely unsatisfied by your service i purchase many
items through online but never face such problem. ffirst time i am facing.
i will wait for your proper response.) after i send many mails they given responce throught mail as (We value your order at Snapdeal.com

Feel free to call us at our customer care number +91 92126 92126 / 011 45371100 or email at [email protected] for any further information.) but this is also fake already snap deal people have my address all my details but they didnot provide my details to bluedart courier so bluedart people told they send back the product to snapdeal people. so i am putting complaint against snap deal people. they are cheating through online. plz take action on them. like this how many members cheated by them i don’t know. this is one of the online cheating don’t give permissions such cheaters. now a days technology imporved so many things like bill payment, purchasing, selling etc.. is going through online but some companies like snapdeal are cheating people by using technology.

    preet singh thank you i received cheque today. i too taken it serious due to your delay only. for purchasing your product just taken below one week but after got problem more than one month. so i feel very bad about this. its ok thank you for giving back money.
