This is to inform you that I have taken admission in Roy’s Institute Of Competitive Examination (RICE) for WBCS and other competitive exam preparation for the year 2005-2006. When I took the admission in Sealdah branch ( kolkata), I have been told by the consillor that I could pursue in Hindi inspite of knowing the fact that I would be appearing from West Bengal and could neither read or write in Bengali. On telling the authorities that I was refused of getting the admit card, I was again told that the people of PSC were misinforming me and that I can give my exams.
The complain has been submitted by me on 24/03/2006 in written and was received by Miss Paromita Das. After that I made several correspondence but no one solved my matter. I asked to refund my fee of Rs. 15600 and library fee of Rs. 400. But no one entertained from the organisation. I lost my 1 year due to misinformation provided by the institute.
Again I sent mail on 30/12/2012, but they didn’t revert back.
