i bought a pair of puma clyde shoes in november 2011 mrp of this shoes was 5000rs
i got it only in 1000rs from yebhi.com as a loyal customer discount after one month of use the upper was dettached from the sloe i took the shoes to the nearest puma store, the offered me a free repair and gave them the shoes after 3-4 days they returned the shoes with a very unprofessional repairing there were glue spots on all the shoes
when i mailed to the puma customer care they didnt replied for the first few times after 6 months (june 2012)they are offering me a refund of discounted price
i want them to replace the shoes because i have wasted my loyalty coupan of 75% discount on these faulty shoes. puma care didn’t responded promptly after 6 months of frustration they are not offering a pleasing offer.

    i had bought a sports shoe bearing article no.187075021 on 29.07.14 MRP 3999 FAAS 300v3 Jr Island Green during SALE from Stuti Retails, Civil Lines Allahabad 211008. The Rubber strips pasted on the upper have detached for which the Puma retailer has accepted the shoes today i.e. on 06.10.14 for repairs but has not ssued any receipt and has told to inform me over phone when it is repaired. 3 Months warranty is depicted on the sale invoice under Defect Policy. Not issuing acknowledgement & by what time it would be delivered again was not expected from leading manufacturer. Please ensure that my issue is attended at the earliest
