Mr.Prashant Harsule running promoter & Developer firm by name Gururaj Developers,at Pune have constructed a residental project of 2 buildings @ Sr.no.21/2,Vadgaon Budruk, Off-Suncity Road,Anand Nagar-Sinhgad Road Area,Pune-411051,named (Suryapooram) 6 years back and runned away like coward leaving all legal formalities incomplete. Not complied his duties like procurement of completion certificate, providing legal water connections , conveyance deed and so many other required things. His contact no.is – 9422028512-Pune. On severe follow up he is threatening all the residents.of Suryapooram. He has also not formed the Housing society. He is fraud. Need to take legal action against him.
