complaint against poor product quality

within a span of 2 years the complaint of
not cooling is reported to complaint center of videocon in last week of may 2012 which got attended after 10 days on 04/06/2012.Within a month the ac is not working properly with remote i.e compressor is not switching off from remote because of fault in ac. This may cause accident like short circuiting etc.My ac must be replaced by the company and compensation may be given to me on account of poor quality which caused my financial ,mental harresment and inconvinience .
