Complaint against MTS BroadBand Connection

Name of company/service: MTS Broad Band Connection

Dear Sir,
I want to raise a complaint against MTS Broad Band Connection, I am really very much fed up with that service and lost 1K rupees, and after several complaints they are still not responding.
I made an online recharge of rupees 999, against my MTS no. 8459294948 on 19th of june,2012. The amount got deducted from my bank account, but balance was not updated. I called the customer care, and i was said a server problem. Later after 2 or 3 days i called them again and registered a complaint for refund. As mentioned by the executive it takes 7-10 working days for refund. And now its almost near 1 month but everything is in vein. I have all the details required to prove this complaint.
Kindly help me to file a case against them.

MTS is a big humbug company. They are all talk , no action is being taken for any of the customer complaints.
They just come and post in forums, no actions taken.
I fully agree with Bhargav as I have complained more than 100 times over phone, email in the last 6 months hoping for a change yet nothing productive or helping from MTS side.
By the way, THEY WILL TAKE DOWN NUMBERS, MAKE U CALL AND WAIT ON THE LINE FOR HOURS TOGETHER, TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL RECTIFY, SEND ACROSS PEOPLE ETC ETC, BUT NO CORRECTIVE ACTION WILL BE TAKEN WHATSOEVER

Still no action taken by your so called Customer Support Team. May be you don’t know that we consumers have the power to take some serious actions. Dear MTS, please take care of it, it’s not the matter of 1k or 10k, it’s your reputation and competition in the market.

I had a mts connection number(8641841748) for data card.but one day a mts representative came upto me and said that they have launched a new wifi data card,so I asked him to disconnect the old one and he issued me a new connection number(8926346119).he took the previous connection dues from me in cash and the charge for wifi data card in cash too.
after 2 months they sent me the bill for the old connection ,I refused to pay it as I was already paying for the new connection which I was using.
they started to threaten me giving me dates to appear in delhi high court and giving me case numbers later they even started sending me false case notice to appear in Calcutta office.
