Dear Sir,
I want to raise a complaint against MTS Broad Band Connection, I am really very much fed up with that service and lost 1K rupees, and after several complaints they are still not responding.
I made an online recharge of rupees 999, against my MTS no. 8459294948 on 19th of june,2012. The amount got deducted from my bank account, but balance was not updated. I called the customer care, and i was said a server problem. Later after 2 or 3 days i called them again and registered a complaint for refund. As mentioned by the executive it takes 7-10 working days for refund. And now its almost near 1 month but everything is in vein. I have all the details required to prove this complaint.
Kindly help me to file a case against them.
