Sir,
We are 10 Members in a group and our group name is “Savera Samhoo” including our family members, we are total 44 person. This year our group decide go to Manali with family on 17/6/2011 from Hapur and we have booked full tour including food, accommodtion, taxi, local sight seeing etc. for 3 Night/ 4 days by Hills & Waters Hoiday Makers, F-50, Manish Global Mall, Sec-22, Dwarka, Delhi Mobile No.9999418710 &9711032747 E-mail [email protected] Sir, as per our discussion between agent and our group with written, agent has received full amount Rs.2,26.800/-in advance, but he is not provide full rooms (13) and taxis (5) in Manali and his drop our Local tour. he is not provide 3* Hotel and not provide Volvo Bus from Delhi to Hapur. In Manali we have taken help thier Police and also taken help in Delhi but our problem were not solved. Sir we have all papers, e-mail phone recording, and video recording as a proof. Sir kindly call us in your office and registered this case.

    I booked my 3N/4D package through “Hills and Waters” Nejaji subhash place pitam pura in 10,000/- per couple from 6th April to 9th April2013 and stay was confirmed by Flamingo ( Mr. Sharma ) as well by Owner of Hills and waters but after reaching there on 6th April Flamingo owner refused to give room in Flamingo and wants to adjust my accomodation in adjoining cheap hotel ” Apple In” which was like dharamshala and same treatment they were giving to other two more co passengers also who also booked the same package in 13000/- & 17000/- respectively.
    So finally we called local police and did complaint to sub inspector Mr. Rajesh and simultaneously we called Delhi police ( police station Netaji subhash place for Hills and Water owner complaint for cheating ) then Mr. sharma adjusted us in Sitara International Hotel.
    So I would advice all tourists if they face any problem related to cheating pls adopt the same way of complaint..

    i booked a honeymoon package through hills and water for 3n/4d .Package was pathetic no facility in hotel seagull and also never book through if consultant is vaibhav and bus he provided like a roadways but he gave name like volvo. Viijay the honour of the bus agency doesnt have manners to talk with the customer. i have a full video of bus service and hotel i suggest never book through hills and water and never book your bus ticket if ticket provider is mr vijay.

    very bad experience for manali tour from Hills & water holiday packers.
    no arrangement.
    they do different than what they write & say.
    they have cheated my money, agent name – Jatin, after recieving money he never attened any call/.
    Not advised to any body to book from them any tour.

    Hello,
    We have been cheated by Mr Vaibhav and he is a bluffmaster who said the bus is not available when we were ready to go on the day of trip. He keeps his mobile off and not available .
    Anybody can help us for the same please let me know we will be very thankful. I definitely want to take an Action against him to get our money back and so that next time he will think and then bluff anyone else.
