Complaint against FutureBazzar – Big Bazar

We have purchased a Hard trolley Bag 74cm From VIP Industries-SKYBAG range from Big Bazaar (A DIVISION PATIALA). The Bill details are as follows:

The bag Tagged price Rs. 7400 & was purchased under NAP FLAT 50% Off L & costed for Rs. 3700 under 3 years warranty scheme.

After 20 days , the bags numeric lock was found defected during a travel & was reported at Patiala’s branch of Future group-Big Bazaar. Since then, we haven’t got resolution of the problem. The designated person had given us the bag with a local replacement of Chain & Lock.

We have resubmitted the bag to Big Bazaar patiala on 27th June , but we haven’t received any info yet. We would like to lodge a Consumer complaint , if no action is taken furthur on this matter , since the teams are not acknoleding the warranty terms.

Kindly look into this matter & help us with the resoultion .

    I visited Big Bazzar ,City Mall,Kota on 21-04-2014 and bought several items.One item was Tide Plus Jasmine and Rose 500 gm for Rs.48.When i came out of Big Bazzar and started putting items in my own carry bag i found that for item Tide ,I have been billed twice for Rs. 96 but i found only 1 tide in my shopping kart,I immediately went back to the billing counter for telling the error in the bill and the biller and other employees were not ready to accept it.They said very rudely that this should be checked during billing and they cannot help it out.

    I have attached the images of the bill.

    Is this the way Big Bazzar does harassment to its custumers?
    Is this the way Big Bazzar employees are doing corruption for their benefit and looting innocent customers?

    This is not at all acceptable .I want my extra billed amount to be refunded to me and strong action to be done against the biller and Big Bazzar employees so that these kind of mistake does not happen in future.

    If this matter is not resolved i shall further approach consumer court for the same.

    I had given complaint on 14 Oct against big bazzar.I purchased muffin with cockroach stick on seal pack. This shows the quality product they r taking. I want immediate action.otherwise I will go to higher authorities. Please solve it.

    They took the money but didn’t give the products. One product is pen Rs.40 and the other thing Idon’t know what it is but they took Rs. 149 .But did not give the products .

    I have purchasing home made product from big bazaar on 11/06/2018 at Kalyan metro junction Mr. Santosh Jangam Cash counter person Tax invoice number 4797009000004083 he make a mistake one product MRO is 79/- but he made 550/- big mistake do it if customer not recheack Bills then surfer extra cost of product which he is not purchased it which type of service provide by Big bazaar to customer please look the matter take a action to this Mr. Santosh Jangam as soon as possible

    I had bought a jeans for one of my frnd for gifting purpose but later that I got to know he never wear that particular kind of jeans (round pocket) so very next I gone for exchange but than I found there is no cross pocket jeans not available in whole big bazaar they are refusing for refund so tell what should I do….. should I do…..in this online world you guys are refusing for refund your credit note is also valid just for 1 month are you serious…and your staff is so rude…..and I need refund…
