Respected Sir,

I would like to draw your attention Complaint against CTU bus Driver which was happened on dated-18/08/2012. Here by I Rakesh Singh Bisht had traveled in CTU bus Route no: 22 & Bus no-CH01GA5059 from Chandigarh Housing Board to IT Park Chandigarh on dated-18/08/2012 & Timing 1:40 PM To 2:00 PM. CTU Bus come at above mention time at Housing Board .Me and my office Employee was get into the bus .but on the time of bus stopped at housing Board there was a huge rush so I was get into the bus from front door. but on that case bus driver is rude to us but conductor said him that it’s ok but on the reply driver said me that go done otherwise I can’t move the bus approximate time he stop the bus is 10 min even not move the bus a single on that conductor told me go done and again come from back door on the same I was go done but on that he just closed the both door of the bus and move the bus to IT Park More over he insult me by saying of abused word like mother fucker and sister fucker (maa chodh and bahen chodh) (i) Is it the language of govt. employee? (ii)What is that meant? Even, he forced me to push outside the bus. But I Respect the Conductor and go done. On this Driver said I am the Govt. employee! (iii) Is it that kind of employee in CTU? Not even this, it’s not a 1st time with TechM employee Face the issue. It’s happened the same more that 7 to 8 Time’s so this reason for made a complaint against CTU Employee .Specially for this Driver
Same was happened with the Handicap Employee of Tech Mahindra when this Driver use Abusive Language and same complaint is Forward to you swell
I hope you would understand of my heart feeling.

    Yes it’s true that he is no more responsible for his job. Even he not stopped the bus when i m going to stop the bus on the HB chock at dated 7th of sep 2012 on 3 pm when i m waiting the bus on this route.
    Please do the strong action aginist him.

    Hi,

    I had alow itnessed several misbehaviuor incidents from the CHCH01GA5059 FROM CONDUCTOR AND DRIVER ..BOTH PERSONS ARE RUDE ADN ALWAYS FIGHT WITH THE EMPLOYEES.THEY INSUT PEOPLE AND DONT’ ALLOW THEM TO BOARD THE BUS.
    PLEASE TAKE STIRCT ACTION AGAINST BOTH OF THEM.

    Dear cunsumers of CTU,
    I Wish to draw your kind attention over the service of CTU which is worst from the period since the sec 17 & sec 43 bus stands has been devided.most of the cunsumers or outside travellers face lot of troubles and harasments .
    No proper routs timings and behaviour of local staff is most worst.they are totally of proudy nature than the long route staff.
    local service from sec 43 is also worst.buses for kharar comes even after a long hour wait.
    So to improve the service i wish

    Me subah 17 sec se bus li me or mera dost mere sath tha mene conductor ko 10 rupees diye ticket ke liye usne kaha beth ja mene kaha uncle ji ticket to dedo phr wo uncle gali dekar bole beth ja waha bat 10 rupees ki nhi ha agar checker chad jata to wo uncle muje fasa skta tha ki hmne ticket li hi nhi or bus ka no 71 or bus ka no tha
    [cho1g-5995] mera kehna to yeh ha agar hum bina ticket liye bethte ha to checker hum par to action lete ha ab meri request ha aap is conducter par bi action le.
    Veneu- sec 17chd to sec-27. Timing 7:55 to 8:25. Bus ka no 71 nd [cho1g-5995] req conducter ke liye action le plz.

    TIME APPROX 8:15 RAILWAY STATION CHD T O MANSA DEVI . DT 17/12/2013.
    THIS BUS Conductor any parson COMPLAINT . Take Action .

    Dear sir iam going to my office in the the morning 8:30am on route no 26 dhanas to dhakoli… but bus driver daily rich in 9:10am in the the morning the place ind Area ph 1 …my office timming 9:00am.. i want to know but is the correct shedule of route no 26… i hope u have better souliution for my and all passenger…..

    I also written to CTU complaint authority as they work like king and behaviour is very bad. But I doubt about any action as still I have not received any reply.

    Dear sir i am going to college in the the morning 8:30am on route no 27, 17, 143, 34, and 79 raipur khurd to PGI … but bus driver daily rich in 9:30am in the morning i want to know but is the correct shedule of route no 27, 17, 143, 34, and 79 … i hope u have better souliution for my and all passenger…..

    We are facing a great problem with route no 71 non ac bus regarding not following the route by driver ie not going to swastik vihar. Abusing by driver when asked to follow the route . Also the conductor denies to give tickets even after paying the money.

    Sir today is 20 September 2017 and ma railway station pe 1A ka wait kr ra tha sir bus driver na bus ka door open nahi kiya or us time 7.45 ho rahe the bus no 1A

    Subject: Complaint Against Bus Conductor
    Sir/Madam,
    I am Neha from Ambala,Baldev Nagar. Yesterday (7-11-2017), we were coming from Jind in CTU DEPOT-1 Bus NO.- CH01G17505. My husband said bus conductor ”Please drop us at baldev nagar”. But he refused with excuse that we are going from fly over of baldev nagar.
    My husband said that as per CTU rules buses are not authorized to use fly over at this time. He said “ZADA MAT BOL THAPAD KHAYEGA”.
    I felt bad for my husband and then I shouted on him. He pushed me. He dropped us at Kalka Chowk and we walked to baldev nagar. And then suddenly, he turned bus towards Baldev nagar Railway fatak. Sir, we felt very bad . He used abusive language. He showed my husband slap.
    I request you to take a strict action against him. So that the same does not happen with anyone else. I hope you will soon take the necessary action and make us feel more secure.

    With diue respect, I want to say that your drivers are making so third class n bad behavior with other road usear, today 6/8/2018 at 2.00pm afternoon a bus of ctu no. Ch01ga 7090 come at Derabassi bus stand, exactly on bus stand I am try to on main Ambala Chandigarh high way, he come and stop the vehicle on my front,, I am saying to him that it’s wrong antry ,hi said that it’s a govt vehc. It’s always n any condition right,, I’m a govt employees if you are not reverse your vehicle than I’m stop the bus in high ways centre and jaam the road, it’s a rainy day, on side a single bus other side 10/12 cars, we reversed the title cars but he didn’t reversed his bus at last 10feet , ,,I think he drinks,,, he has so high altitude due to govt employs……..plz do such strong action, ths types of drivers,, I am Olso visiting your transport dairactor office to meet him to take the actions on this type o f so called govt employees ,, Thanksgiving

    Aaj main sham ko ctu ki red bus se housing board se baddi ko ja rhi thi whi pe ek chota sa stop gorakhnath aata h jaha pr maine driver ko rokne ke liye kha but us bus ke conductor ne itne miss behave se baat ki hum nahi rokenge ye stop nhi h humara jabki sabhi bus wha rukti h or swari ko recvie bhi krti h or drop bhi govt ne inhe janta hi seva ke liye hi rkha h or inhone mujhe kisi andheri c jgh me pe utarne ko kha jaki wha itna andhera tha I m girl I don’t no be a girl agr mujhe kuch ho jayega to iske zimmedar wo apne uper lege sham ke 6 baj rhe thy andhere se stop pe wo mujhe wha drop kr rhe thy …… I don’t understand jab inko swari bithana hota h to ye chote chote stop pe khi bhi rok lege but agr inko jab koi bolta h to ye mna kr dete h … Or kitni miss behave se baat ki inhone yha tak ki driver ne bhi sry sir/mam plzz I request u be a girl inpe action lijiye …..

    This is to inform you sir that at aroma stop all buses came from 43 to 17 number of time i experienced that especially after 8pm maximum time driver not botherd to stop bus at aroma stand maximum time we have to hire auto to 17 bus stop
    This is humble request from concern autority to fil lthis gap correctly or strict action should be taken against excuser..

    Hello , can you please increase the busses on PGI to Derri route because we are facing the issue. Many time many 242 no. busses go bad so many traveller late for his duty. I would like to request you please take the nessecery action. If you will check on 17 to Kharar (11, 11E, 35, 35B) very heavy service on that route.
