This is my Customer No: 200805438385, Channels not Getting Displayed as it says “Error 200” .
Previous Service request No: 185408746.
From 18-Aug-2012 evening i am in contact with “Reliance Big TV Customer Care” for channels not getting displayed even on successful purchase of “Silver Sports” pack on 18-Aug-2012 afternoon.
It has been noticed that Reliance Big TV Customer Care could not solve the issue in 40 Hrs and even after telling the problem to Reliance Big TV Customer Care they tell that services will get start in 15 minutes and They as processed the request to Back-end operators, but nothing happens as error 200 remains same. Customer Care can contact on the registered mobile number.
My request to Reliance Big TV Customer Care is that please solve the issue as soon as possible.
