Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is Gulzar Singh Chahal , working for an MNC and staying at New town Kolkata since last 2.5years.
In 2005 ,I applied for Immigration to Canada through Canam Consultant limited through their Jamshedpur Branch Office, head/ corporate office is at Chandigarh.
Due to some reasons Canadian High Commission Rejected my application only few months back. The fee which I paid to Canadian embassy ( around 500Dollars)have been refunded by them and I have also received it.
Now I want back my money/ fee (INR17000/-) along with interest , which I gave to Canam Consultants for immigration which goes to Canam consultants at Chandigarh office only. They promised me to refund all the money , if they fail to get through my immigration. But so far neither they have refunded me nor replying to my request mails .They are not picking up the phones also.
I request your esteemed organization’s help to get my money back.
For your ready reference please find attached the mail / correspondence which I made to them. The money receipt for INR17000/- is also attached .
