Complain against Snapdeal.com

Hello,

I had done online shopping with Snapdeal.com and made online payment by Net banking. I have 2 complaints to be registered for two different order. First order was placed on 23rd May 2013 ( order no:1006112962) which included three women tops. Only one out of three was good and other two were not the products I had asked for so I had to return it. First I got the refund in the form of SD cash which means kind of vouchers (soft cash) which I can use for next shopping which means if I want anything I had to shop with them only forcefully to get my money back. I felt my money was blocked due to this so I asked them to refund it in the form of money back into my account but till date I have not received it. Every time I call customer care (09212692126) I get to hear common dialogue ” the refund has been initiated 3 days ago and will take 4-5 days to reflect in you account”. I got a mail first mail from them on 3rd July saying refund has been initiated and till date I did not get any refund. Even after more than 20 days I did not get it. I get to hear different things every time I call them. 2 days ago one customer care executive even told me that refund is already done and I should contact my bank. When I asked for transaction no by which they have transferred they failed to do it. I even mailed to CEO ( Kunal Bahl) of Snapdeal so many time but no response from him. Second order (order no:1029586742) was placed on 4th June immediately after first without the knowledge that my money will be blocked in future and before receiving the products of my earlier products. Both the products of that order were wrong and I wanted to return it. After telling them again and again on 18th July ( more than a month) the product was return picked by them. In spite of telling them I do not want SD cash they have put SD cash for one product and no news about other product. I want my money of both order ( Rs 750 + Rs 600) to be refunded to me in the form of money back into my account.I know its not a big amount but its my hard earned. I will prefer giving it to poor people rather than cheaters. Its my money and i do not want to be cheated. I would be obliged if you help in getting my money back.

  2. i have ordered 4 dressed and due to faulty product delivery i returned all the products to the gojaavas courier company ihave recieved the refund only for 3 dressed and not yet recieved the refund for one more dress its almost 20 days but the refund is not yet processed………i will be very obliged if u help in getting my money back

  3. I have ordered London Eye Stag Blue T-shirt with following details:
    Order ID: 9713288340
    Placed on 02 Nov, 2015
    Delivered on 10 Nov, 2015
    Return requested on 10 Nov, 2015
    Item supply was not of a size order and now the SNAPDEAL is refusing to take it back The return was initiated from my side on 10th October. The Company has no hassles 7 day return policy.

    I have written close to 150 times to them, still they are refusing return

    Please help

    Snapdeal is not returning my order a mobile handset of which discription was wrong on snapdeal web site they claimed it to be FHD mobile but in actual it is HD ONLY, THEY ARE NOT refunding it back now.

  8. Snapdeal had taken my money and refusing to give it back….Do some thing I need my money….I am helpless right now….
    ICICI Bank had also taken part in this fraud..

  9. I ordered a pair of shoes from snapdeal. But the shoes that were delivered to were of very poor quality and even size was too small . But the seller didn’t have the bigger size so I asked for return. After sometime they messaged that due to some internal check ( which I still don’t understand what it means) we can’t return your product. I wrote many request to them that please return and refund my money but they kept on refusing. They always display EASY RETURN POLICY but they are not complying with it. They have VIOLATED MY RIGHT OF CHOOSING THE PRODUCT
    . Also I confirmed personally with nike showroom that SHOES DELIVERED BY SNAPDEAL TO ME ARE TOTALLY DUPLICATE. They have wasted much of my time.I want a STRICT ACTION BE TAKEN AGAINST SUCH COMPANY WHO IS INVOLVED IN MANIPULATING THE CONSUMERS THROUGH FALSE POLICIES AND COMPANY EHO IS INVOLVED IN CHEATING WITH THE CONSUMERS
