Respected sir,
I am going to see a doctor(dr.soumen Das) with my pregnant wife for last eight months.The doctor regularly comes to a medical shop owner’s place to visit patient.Yesterday we went there and the land lord of that place also the shop keeper ask me to pay Rs.20/- extra.and he told me he will return it back if I buy all medicine from his shop other wise he wouldn’t allow me to see the doctor.The doctor comes only at that place in my town.so there is no other way I paid him that amount.After seeing the doctor I went to the medical shop and buy all the medicine they returned that Rs.20/- I asked some discount on my bill because they are charging maximum retail price to all the medicine.And suddenly the man came out using slung to fight with us.and we leave that place with my pregnant wife to avoid that situation and for my wife’s safety.
I hope you will take proper action against them and they will learn how to interact with customer.

    Hi, i am living in Dobmivli (Thakurli (E) ), where i am staying there is a chemist shop ( Add. M/s Rajdeep Medical Store, Disha CHS Ltd. Nr. RBT School Khambalpada Thakurli ( E ) Dist- Thane Pin. 421201 ) which i think is illegal because that person who running the shop has not any degree of B pharma or any other necessary requirment which is needed for running the chemist shop.
    Pls take action for this Subject…….

    I want to complain against a medical store named NEW LOVELY MEDICAL STORE G B ROAD GAYA BIHAR.
    This medical shopkeeper sele medecine (PENCOM 6 LAC) in black rate .pencom 6 lac price rs 7.36 but shopkeeper sele just duble rate because pencom 6 lac is not avaliable in all medical shop so I want that pls take step against this shop.

    Sir/Ma’am, this is the complaint regarding ‘Ranjeet Medicals’ kamarj street tambaram west chennai 600045 and the complaint is that we have been taking medicine from this pharmacy, since last three times we have buying medicine we have got variations in the ‘MG’ eg: instead of 10 mg they have given 20mg and also got one expired medicine. Do kindly take care of this pharmacy as it can lead to death for someone. Thank you.

    This medical is illegal. Its land is not complete for medical store according medical law. Chemist’s behaviour is not good. He sold codiene syrup like corex, phensidyl,&rexcof. This is not legal without doctor’s prescription chemist can not sold that type medicine. But he sold these type medicine. That is not good. Please take a action . The name of medical store is Vijay medical & provision store, Mandawa -333704 Distt: Jhunjhunu, State :Rajasthan. This medical store is situated in only in very small size 120 feet. That is not legal according medical stores law. Please take an action.

    I visited to Mediplus (Habsiguda, street no.8, Hyderabad), Person in shop very rude as he was taken excess amt and I asked for the same. As per his calculation he need to return rs.18 which he was not ready to give and said it is company policy vl not give.. After I asked for clarification he thrown rs.10 on table and asked to take, like he given money to begger which was recorded in their CC Camera and more customers were present.. Pls advice where i have to complaint and whom I have to meet, it is not matter of money. Pls advice me anyway tomorrow I am going to meet IMA officials..

To that I get a reply that he doesnt know the purpose and he is there to sell the medicine as per the prescription and its not his job to know the purpose of the medicine. I was taken aback by the statement and was shocked to know how these people are playing with the life of a common man. Also I enquired about the license and was shocked to see that I had never seen the person on the license in the shop. He very easily said that he is not afraid of anyone and I can go ahead with complaining any authority he doesnt care. Pls advice

    I recently visited a medical shop in the name of Ravi kiran medicals, shop no. 3, siddheshwar Arcade, Opp Manisha Nagar , Gate NO. 1 ,mumbai pune road, Kalwa west, Thane 400605. I asked the pharmacist regarding a medicine which was prescribed by doctor (pediatrician) I request him to do it fast as my daughter was having high fever. First of all he ignore me. again i request to look into matter he keep me waiting . finally he took money and gave bill to me but the medicines were kept away from me. I asked him about medicines than he told me that my medicines are kept the other corner. How a pharmacist can be so irresponsible. I ask him about his pharmacy certificate. he refuse to show me. I approached the in charge of medical store he also ignore me and told me to do whatever i want to do. how these people are playing with the life of a common man. Also I enquired about the license and was shocked to see that I had never seen the person on the license in the shop.     Pharmacy — Buying extra medicines

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Before filing complain i would want to know if it is legal if chemist/Pharmacies provides full leaf of the medicine when you require only two or three tablets.

    I have visited almost every chemist shop in Andheri East along with Uday Medical & General store in Andheri esat. Whenever we ask for any medicine it has been strictly told that they will not give us on1 or two tablets and hence we have to buy the whole pack of 10-12 tabelts. At my home i have good collection of all type medicines and i am not sure what shall i do with that.

    I am well paid service woman and hence can afford this but what about the other poor people. Also why shall i wasre my money which hard earned money.

    Medical shop name Mataji Medicals which is just next to Senadatta police chouky ,senadattapeth,Pune. I have seen the owner sailing cough syrup bottles containing drug named corex, phencydyl,codezy,tossex etc. A bottles MRP is 89.95 and he sales it for 500 rs per bottle and sale it to addicts frequently comes and buy this drug OTC. Without priscription. Inside main counter there is one more table kept inside the shop under which this stalk is maintained. I have seen him sailing it to middle class people who r now addicts n the dose is must. Whole Pune medicals are not sailing drugs OTC or without priscription .
    . I would request to take fastest action and hope this complaint will help cure addicts and there families and crimes too.

    I would like to notice against my complaint that he is a cheep shopkeeper
    he had no license for his pharmacy, the way he go thru with his customers is very rudly and manner less because he made herself a single source of supplying medicine. he does practise also in his shop. show him a like a doctor. I came to know in my knowledge that he keep generic medicine.

    I request you to pls inquired about my complain and inspection it.

    They are not providing bills, even we ask they say is it needed? They never provide bills. Many people come but never give bills to any customer.

    Sir.. i am from Allahabad I complaint against medical store situated in narayan swaroop hospital in transport nagar beside police chowki sir.. he abusing everyone who buy medicine in his store because if anyone wants to know about his medicine rate or ask for any discount sir… they gave commission to the doctor in these hospital then doctors don’t take any action against them… Sir I highly requested you to take vital action against them… thank you sir…

    Sur in Hyderabad in Chaitanya Puri .one medical shop is there in that they take 15 rupees for 2 tablets namely ranbaxy tablets .actual cost of that tablet is 2 rupees each ..so please take immediate action on that medical shop .

    The person who runs this shop don’t have any knowledge in this field and don’t even have license. The license he take on someone’s on rent and sells mostly the duplicate and without proscription note he gives medicines like (Sleeping pills, baby abortion pills etc) so please take a legal action against him.

    He told everyone that no-one is going to do anything against him because he have lot of support.
    So please take legal action against him.

I have cross checked with Apollo pharmacy and they said it is not an alternative medicine and u should not have this medicine for this disease. They have some B pharm person to sign the medical shop but actually they don’t have any B pharm guys working there.

    Dear Sir,
    Please refer to a Medical shop located in Patna at Rampur Road near Dr R.C. RAM HOSPITAL, Bazaar Samiti Patna in the name of M/s Laxmi Medico. The shop as on date seems to be completely engaged in malpractice such as selling of fake drugs and large number of cough syrup at double price especially to young student who use this as alcoholic drink
    and this shop is earning huge amount and making the society drug addiction.

    In my view enquiry should be conducted and strict action should taken against him and thus save the society.

    SOME OF THE MEDICINE PRICES SHOULD BE OBSERVED
    EXAMPLE – NICIP PLUS TAB COST RATE RS7.55 PACK OF10’S M.R.P IS RS52 PACK OF 10’S.
    WHY THE COST AND MRP DIFFERENCE OF PROFIT IS more than 5 times the cost price ???WILL IT BE AFFORDABLE BY POOR PEOPLE OR ITS HAS ONLY MADE FOR QUALIFIED SOCIETY

    I would like to file complaint aganist ayurvedic and siddha shops in Trivandrum. Today I checked almost 10 medical shops but no where I find nilavembu kashayam powder. I don’t think there is proper supply of nilavembu in Trivandrum.

    My father has purchased the medicine based on prescription has given by the indhu mission hosiptal .The Apollo pharmacy employee has given the wrong medicine to my father ..The father was senior citizen status ,so he s not able to identify the correct prescription medicine..We taken the medicine,suddenly my mom blood pressure level has increased .Then i checked the doctor and showing the medicine .Doctor was shouted and told ,the medicine was given wrong instead of correct medicine.Then i had enquired the Apollo pharmacy ,they does not returned back the medicine and give the correct medicine..As a senior citizen person ,my father has lost the medical bill.

    I have purchased medicine from one of the medical store in Thakurli, however later I realized that medicine provided was expired. The medical store representative refused to take medicine back saying he has not provided medicine. I have made payment through debit card.

    Hi my name is salim khan I went to the clinic one of my family docter Told me to buy some medicine from the medical. I went to the medical and ask for that medicine he told me he have that medicine where he told me it will cost you Rs.198/- but when i ask him about the discount he told me that we are not giving any discount on the medicines. But usually as per the Government we suppose to get the discount 10% on the medicine. He directly denied for that to me name of the person (Sanjay).

    Issuing low quality,excess amount on drugs without Dr. Prescription bills and looting on poor villagers.
    Now & in covid time and always.
    No covid rules following & Dangerous level of Business on villagers and looting money on the name of covid cases.
