Par mene internet pack 13 ka reacharge 20.02.13 ko krwaya tha jisme 100mb data 3 din k liye ata he par mera net mob. Par in 3 din me sahi trh nhi chala tb mene reliance k costumer care k pas 21.02.13 ko call kiya to unhone mujhe kaha ki 22.02.13 ko 12:30 pm tak apki problem solve ho jaegi par aaj 24.02.13 ko mene dobara complaint likhne k liye call kiya to unhone kaha ki 1-2 din me ye problem solve ho jaegi par mene kaha ki mera reachage ki aj akhri date he ar me iska use bhi nhi kar saka hu aap mere net pack ki valididy utni badhaiye jitne din ap ki company me problem chal rahi thi to unhone mujhse mana kar diya ar mene fir kaha ki me apki consumer forum me complent kruga to unhone kaha ki ap kr dijiye kuch nhi hoga par. Sir meri ap se request he ki is par jald se jald karwahi ki jabe to apki badi meharbani hogi. THANK YOU

    I have a prepaid connection with RIM and have recharged it with 500 rs recharge.
    I wish to use the connection only for incomming as I have other Network of reliance.

    The problem with prepaid is that there is a frequent deduction of amount every couple of days under some Value Added Services an some stupid services which I havent requested nor desire to anytime.
    Every day I receive messages from RIM as Rs 40,Rs 3 are deduced for VAS OSIAN and some fu***ng services that RIM unnecessarily provides that too asks to unsubscribe when not even requested.My account has been reduced to Rs180 till last week from Rs 500. This has happened even after lodging complaint wiht RIM on toll free no 198 . I would request everyone to discontinue using reliance prepaid for your betterment as there is no way of you getting satisfied with the consumer support or care. They are just pinching out money from common people. Better to switch to other Network service providers any for that matter but NOT RIM.

    There should be a reformation of rules and protocols regarding the promotional calls and text messaging : advertisements.
    Every now and then calls and SMS’es relating to some product and service are becoming a nuisance for all the mobile-phone owners.
    If some one is really interested in any service he/she should be allowed to ask for the same.
    But stupid calls like the ones that start an automated music or blabbing voice record are seriously a matter of unprofessional-ism from the telecom sector mobile companies and need to be addressed on priority.”You will loose customers instead of gaining their faith!”
    It proves these companies cant market their brand and are like trying to woo the customers instead. This is certainly going to impact the market in a negative way in near future.

    Hope sensible people in our country will take initiative to make this country to create a mark on the globe by exercising fairer proffesionalism.
