Compaints againts Harassment

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Tata Photon Plus / Internet Service

Dear Sir,
Kindly resolve the issue, i really dont know what language they understand , they have been harassing me since last month , i used their photon service for only 15 days started in july , and intimated them in advance , i not even used their service for 1 month and in just 15 days usage of their service , i intimated them to disconnect the tata photon plus internet service to avoid extra billing as i have moving to dubai on 1st of august 2012 .Kindly do the needfull and make them understand how disturbed i am today in dubai just due to them as i come to know that again a NEW BILL IS GENERATED AND RECIEVED AT MY HOME.

I am working in Dubai and i left India already and i mentioned the same matter many times in my earlier mails to disconnect my TATA PHOTON number whatever is working with you at the moment since no one is using , i just used you photon service for 15 days after getting new connections and on the same day i sent mail to you to disconnect it permanently to avoid unnecessary next month bill.
The bill which is generated already i will clear the same , and now i want permanent disconnnection without any bill generation for the next month.
Again clarifying to you , i used your service for 15 days only and i recieved you bill already at my residence , furthur i do not wish you to generate again any bill for the next month .
Kindly confirm.

I have taken post paid connection for a short duration of one month at my backhome in New Delhi for my vacational duration,Since i am working in dubai and i used your service for not more than 15 days , i send a prior intimation to your [email protected] & [email protected] to avoid unnecessary billing for next month , proven futile,showing clearly how you handle customer queries & compaints.
You are wise enough to count the number of days i am appealing even today to send me an acknowlegement ,confirming my photon disconnection via email atleast , as i am now working in dubai . I did not get a single response from them.
Should i proceed to Consumer Court , as i made a mistake of opting your services which are too poor to reply back to customer eithter YES / NO for my email in case of deactivating the account.
Kindly take necessary action and an added Apology letter from your end for my future reference.
Else i have no other option proceed legally.

    this is my camplaint to tata company that your custumer care center is doing time pass i complaint that my device is working very slow from many days and i complaint every day they said it is working in 24 hours .at last i THROW in dustbin

Internet speed is very slow 0.32 net speed is coming . The company said me tata photon plus speed is coming on 3.1 . I am purchasing from punjabi bagh . Please give my refund back I will go definately consumer court . I am using for 2 or 3 days . Please give my refund back .
