City cabs is the WORST cab service in Hyderabad!
I called them a day before for a 11.30am booking. They confirmed the booking assuring me the cab will be sent. However, the cab didn’t reach me at all and when I called them to check, they told me to wait for another half hour…I asked them to confirm that..and the customer care rep sounded doubtful and checked again only to tell me that the vehicle can’t be provided. I asked for the reason, and was told that 1 day’s notice is not enough and no cabs were available! How weird is that?
Can’t believe how can they be so CARELESS? This is the SECOND time it has happened to me and I swear I will NEVER trust City cabs ever again! They might lure you with their cheap rates, but seriously, it’s not worth it!
I hope the manager/person in charge of City cabs reads this and takes some action soon. I have already warned my friends and family about this. I’m pretty sure if City cabs continues being irresponsive, they will run out of business!
Extremely disappointed and angry!
