I bought a cycle on 10-06-2012, bearing bill No.407, Model: NMC Trendy, from Just Buy Cycles for Rs.6090/-, Thirumullaivoyal Branch, It reached me after 2 days and due to careless transport had lot of scratches it had a dent in right in the middle of the rear mudguard below the back seat and the right hand break was broken, Within a few days I got a flat tyre, I thought it was a puncture, to my surprise it was a faulty tube, I later came to know that Just Buy Cycles assemble Low quality low cost china parts and put their brand name and sell at huge profits. I issued a legal notice dated 22-June-2012 and the MD one Vijay called me and spoke rudely, he further challenged me to do whatever I wanted. Their attitude towards customers is good only till the sale is closed after that do not expect any kind words or service. This post is published to save innocent public from buying fake cycles from Just Buy Cycles.
