Name of company/service: delton towers pvt ltd

i get a ad in news paper against 3g mobile towers to build on plote i ill call them on that no they tell me to pay 3200/- on mr. anurag gupt’s ac no-608610110001223 bank of india new delhi against registration i ill do the same then they tell me to pay rs.25000/-on mr. akash sharma’s ac no.-608610110001171 bank of india new delhi against agreement holding charge when i ill pay the same all there no.s and email id getting off i have all htere sms payment slips of bank and soft copies of agreement so sir what should i have to do

    Delton company agent:-singh , mob no:-8744926558 from delhi ,he discuss about land bout 500 sq.ft will be required .and 60000 per month rent for the tenanacy of 20 yrs.and they said that 1 crore advance will be paid .
    Their requirement;-
    1. To deposite of registration charge. Rs:- 2400 is paid to them on 10/12/14.
    2.Security deposite .Rs:-25000 is deposited To vinod kumar. Account no:-68012784644 as a Advocate is paid to them on 11/12/14.
    3. After security deposit 50 lakhs of cheaque will be deposited to your account within 24 hrs but they have not clear the cheaque uptill now.
    4.sms has been send by BZ-SBIBNK on 10/12/14. Dear customer request for fund transfer of .Rs:-500000 in your account has been received and will be proceed. Very soon url4180sva2951 sender:- BZ-BNKSBI message centre:-919422999997.sent on 10/12/14 on time 19.10.35.
    2nd msg:-dear customer your cheque of RS:- 500000 in processing firstly you have to pay 1% service Tax of whole amount.sender BZ-SBIBNK. Message centre:- 919422999997.
    As per condition the amonut is paid to them on 12/12/14 on vinod kumar account no:- 68012784644.
    5. The agreement is between Mr Yashwant. Meghasham .Mahajan. And Sanjay malhotra.
    The complaint about the sanjay malhotra business development manager M/S DELTON TOWER PVT.LTD.situated at no.777 4th cross ,anjaneya temple street,yashwanthpur banglore -560022.
    6. Uptill now the cheque is not clear we have fullfill all the requirements they have send to us or no any amount is send by company in our account. And they said after that cash will be given to you due to some error and now agent is not receiving calls .

    3.DZ TRNST Dear customer your tower installation material has been
    depat from banglore and will reach to your home very soon. you have to
    pay transport charges of Rs 1,80,000-/Seder DZ TRNST messag center
    +919762099062 sent 22 Dec 2014 17:18:24

    But in agreement it is not mensioned so how can we pay to that conpany
    and tower is of company how can we pay transportation and their
    charges .and we have done all the requirement which is present in
    agreement and uptil now delton tower company has not present cheak in
    our account .this company is cheating us .
    they have not given any
    officers mob no and all or their office mob no which are on site are not reachable or switch off.

    mujhe 95000 monthly rent milta h or 95 lack advance mile the 15 lack tower lagne se pehle or 80 lack tower lagne k baad
    very good company
