TataSky cheating customers by adding channels without being requested and then not deleting on pretext of lock-in period. They delete complaints from their site and disconnect telephone when asked to refund additional amount deducted. This has been done on a number of occasions…..the last being addition of Active Fun Learn without request and then not deleting it saying that the lock in period is six months. Imagine when this is done to thousands of subscribers. Is this the only way left for tata sky to earn money.
