Dear Sir / Madam,
i have given lumia 520 in vapi – gujarat nokia authorised service centre for repairing. as per the job sheet IMEI no is changed in the mobile they was giving to me. also they are telling that they have wrongly written IMEI on job sheet and i know this is not my mobile. i have produced them invoice copy in which the IMEI no was the same they mentioned on job sheet but they ware forcing me to take different IMEI no mobile phone which is not mine. nokia service centre boys are talking very badly and asking me to take the mobile. i think they have sold my phone. i will ask all peoples in my area dont go to vapi service centre instead they can repair from local shops. now plz help me in this matter as i m very much frustated from nokia service centre .
Now, after a month also they are not giving my mobile and also nokia online complaint is not resolving my problem. should i do a FIR and lodge a complaint against Nokia in police station and Consumer court.
