Cheating and Threat

Name of company/service: S.S. Infotech

I am a resident of Kolkata,Behala.I read about S.S. infotech in news paper about their services of laptop repairing.They had mentioned that they dont charge any fee for inspection.I went to check if my laptop’s adaptor is working or not.They didnt not provide any service to my laptop or charger but charged Rs. 300 /- and even threatened to snatch my laptop if i didnt pay.This was very humiliating act from their side and they virtually snatched the money from me.
