Cheated by Snapdeal

I ordered XOLO 8X-1000 Hive Black through Snapdeal on 26/09/2014 which I was received on 07/10/2014 by ecom express (AWB No. 710596295) after paying Cash on delivery. When I check the mobile I found simcard slot was not opening, so I contacted XOLO support teams and on their advice I handed over the device to XOLO service center at Mumbai for analyzing the problem and three day after they give me Mobile sealed along with report(i.e. DOA and Workorder) to submit to the seller for replacement of the product from the original Seller and for that I immediately couriered the same to the seller Ms. Prakash Sales Corporation at Gurgaon Haryana by bluedart courier dated 11/10/2014 which the seller received on 13/10/2014 but till to-date I did not received replacement or cash in return and also not received any favorable reply from snapdeal after sending so many reminders.

I ordered Mobile which I expect to be received before Dasserha but received on 07/10/2014 and even now I expecting this mobile to be received before Diwali but till to date I did not get favorable response.

Please do the needful
