On 16th may, I checked offers on my Reliance gsm prepaid sim(8956625552) by using ussd code *129# and there was a offer of Rs. 94/- with the benefit of 1Gb data for 28 days. But when i recharged with Rs 94/- i get only 500Mb data for 21 days only i.e. half of the promised data with less validity. The customer executives says this offers is for new users only. Then why the hell this offer was shown to me (means old user). The customer care don’t register my complaint. This offers is still shown on my number. This is totally fraud…
