While shopping in pune Big Bazar of chinchwad on December 2012s last week, a rep of CV approached me to complete a small slip size Form, with assurance of winning a Holiday Gift Voucher worth Rs.25,000/- FREE, if selected. I did that.
I have received a call from the mobile number +919175608524, a Gayatri, on 4th jan 2013, she was from country vacations informing me that I have won gift from the CV:
1. 6 day and 7 nights stay in their resorts holiday accommodation voucher worth of RS. 25000.
2. Gitanjali jewellery coupon worth RS. 1000.
3. Kitchen appliances.
For that I need to come along with my husband, listen to their seminar of half an hour about the cv and go home with the free vacation voucher. I was asked to come to the country vacation 1st floor 102, centroil building, near ozone mall, parihar chowk, aundh, pune. Unaware of their real intentions, my husband and I have decided to visit them. As everyone, who have visited them, is aware, they told us to collect the gifts but have to sit through a small presentation. This has turned out to be the biggest mistake of our life.
Mr. kiran mali (mobile no. +918806811177) and Sales man Mr. rohit kadam (Mobile Contact: +918806422906) informed us about various club and vacation plans and requested us to join. First of all they give us misleading information, they said us, we are one of the 500 selected couple in Pune city and they are giving special offer for todays (that days) members only and if will join the membership then I will be the luckiest member. Firstly they (Kiran mali) offer us a plan of RS. 85000 for 6 days and 7 nights for life time, We ignored the offer, We wanted leave from there. They forced me to be seated there and offer us new scheme of membership of RS. 65000 plus thailand tour. If we ignored it, they offer new plan of RS. 46000 for 7 days and 6 nights for 5 years without maintenance and force my husband anything to take membership on the condition. The condition has promised by the Kiran mali n rohit kadam for cancellation of membership if we will not satisfy with service from the Country Vacation, they said you just come n tell us “we want to sell membership”. Kiran mali and rohit kadam said I need to take membership at this time only say yes and signed on the agreement paper (but after I come to know according to Indian government law organization or any owner of the lessor has to give minimum of 10 days to lessee/tenant for read the agreements) The false promises of this membership are as follows:
1. We need to pay a membership fee of RS. 46000 (Forty six thousand rupees only) for 5 year membership plan.
2. We can avail a 7 days and 6 night holiday for five years free of cost at any of the club resorts, hotels or the affiliated hotels.
3. Free car pickup from airport/Train station to the hotel and free car drop from the hotel to the airport and railway station.
4. Free couple passes to the events such as New Year eve, Valentine’s Day, Diwali, Dasera etc.
5. 20% discount on each booking of air ticket.
6. 20% discount on food.
7. Complimentary food
Trusting that the vacation will not do any fraud, using my husbands SBI Credit card, We have paid RS. 46000 (forty six thousand) to the vacation on the promising of 12 month EMI at zero percent interest but that amount not transfer/convert into EMI. We call them( Mr. Bharad he is in the customer care department mobile no. +918411021234) several time but they do not reply properly & no progress from there side till date. Also we visited CV office several time, they told us the person who handles the EMI related query is not available.
And thye also say, will receive welcome kit which will contain all the details about the club and vacation membership along with the details of offers which we were promised. We have not received anything.

To avail of the FREE Holiday Gift Voucher, I have tried to book thro’ their web site many times, but no scheduled accommodation was ever available. We felt cheated by them.
Request your honour to kindly help us out, to get our hard earned money (Rs.46,000/-) refunded back immediately.
